In 2006, the RTL Group, jointly with the Sea Fishery Port, opened the first sea terminal in Russia for the importation of vehicles in Saint-Petersburg. In July 2008, a terminal for finished vehicles was opened in Novoshahtinsk, Rostov-on-Don region, together with a bonded area.

RTL started operations as a customs broker and terminal operator in Russia's Far East. The company provides services in the Sea Port of Saint Petersburg to a number of brands including Nissan, Peugeot, Citroen, Infiniti, Renault and Ford.
